WowThanks – Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

• By registering for the WowThanks Platform, or by applying for any WowThanks offer, competition, or promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• We reserve the right to update or change the WowThanks Platform, including features, offers, or services, at any time without prior notice.
• We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the WowThanks Platform will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions, which will always be made available on this page.
• Use of the WowThanks Platform is entirely at your own risk. We accept no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including (but not limited to) loss of income, data, or information, resulting from your use of the Platform.

2. Third-Party Products and Services

• The WowThanks Platform includes access to third-party products, services, and offers. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or quality of these third-party services.
• Any dealings between you and a third-party provider (including payments, delivery, warranties, or customer service issues) are strictly between you and that provider.
• WowThanks accepts no liability or responsibility for bookings, products, or services provided by third parties. These will be supplied in accordance with the third party’s own standard terms and conditions.

3. Reward Offers & Discounts

E-Gift Codes

• When you select an Offer or Discount, an automatic e-Gift Code will be generated. Each code is subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be displayed at the time of redemption.
• If redeeming online, you must enter the promotional code as instructed during the checkout process.
• Full promotion details are available on the WowThanks Platform at the time of selection.
• You will receive your e-Gift Code automatically once the Offer or Discount has been selected.

Validity & Use

• If you do not receive your e-Gift Code, you must contact the WowThanks Support Team within 7 daysat support@wowthanks.com. Requests made after this period cannot be re-issued.
• Each e-Gift Code is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for alternatives, and must be used before its stated expiry date.
• Failure to follow redemption instructions or breach of these Terms may result in disqualification from the promotion.
• The Promoter’s decision in such matters will be final.

Liability

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or expired e-Gift Codes.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• The Promoter is not liable for:
  • Technical issues, system failures, or email delivery errors that prevent access to an Offer or e-Gift Code.
  • Any injury, damage, or loss suffered in connection with the use of an Offer, Discount, or prize.

Rotation of Offers

• Participating partner offers are updated regularly to keep the Platform fresh.
• Offers and Discounts may be removed, replaced, or changed at the discretion of WowThanks or its Suppliers.
